Private deliveries, explained simply
Private deliveries are for the jobs that fall between the gaps. Too big or awkward for a parcel company. Too small to book a full removal. Too important to trust to someone you found on a noticeboard. You might be sending boxes of belongings to a student flat, delivering stock to a market stall, or moving a load of items from a storage unit to your new place.
We treat each one as its own job. Your items go in our van and come straight to you or to the person you're sending them to. We wrap anything fragile in blankets, strap everything in and carry it to the door.
Small businesses use us when they've outgrown the boot of their car but don't need a regular contract. Book us once, or every week. There's no account to set up and no minimum spend.

Private deliveries are priced per job. You tell us what's going and where, and we give you one clear price for the lot.

A few boxes or a full van. This decides the size of van we send.

What's the difference between this and a same day courier?
A same day courier is about speed. A private delivery is about care and convenience: we plan a time that suits everyone, and it doesn't have to be today.
Can I book a regular delivery?
Yes. Plenty of small businesses book us weekly or monthly. Just ask and we'll agree a regular slot.
Do I need to be there at both ends?
Someone needs to hand the items over and someone needs to receive them. It doesn't have to be you, as long as we have their name and number.
Will you carry items inside?
Yes. Tell us when you book which room things need to go to, and about any stairs, so we can bring enough help.
Can you collect from a shop or warehouse for me?
Yes, as long as the item is paid for and ready to collect. Send us the order details and let the seller know we're coming.
