For house and office moves, the earlier the better, especially at the end of the month and on Fridays and Saturdays, which are always busy. For courier jobs and small deliveries, call us on the day and we'll tell you honestly if we can fit it in.

Often, yes. Same day courier runs are a big part of what we do. For removals at short notice it depends on what we already have booked, so give us a call and we'll see what we can do.

We can, by arrangement. Office moves are often easier out of hours, and plenty of people move at the weekend. Let us know what suits you when you ask for a quote.

Yes. Let us know as early as you can and we'll do our best to move things around. Our terms and conditions explain how changes and cancellations work.

It depends on the job: distance, how much there is, access at both ends, timing and any extras like packing or dismantling. We don't do vague hourly estimates that creep up. You get a clear price before you book.

No. Your quote says what's included. If the job changes, for example more items or an extra stop, we'll talk to you about it before anything changes on the price.

Some routes in and around London pass through charging zones or crossings. We take these into account when we plan your job and we'll be clear about them in your quote.

We'll confirm how and when to pay when you book. Business customers can ask about paying by invoice.

Pack and label boxes by room, empty drawers, defrost the freezer the day before and keep valuables, documents and medicines with you. Check where the van can park at both ends and book any lift slots or parking suspensions you need.

Yes. Beds, wardrobes and tables can be dismantled and reassembled. Just add it when you ask for a quote so we bring the right tools and allow the time.

Yes. We can bring boxes, tape, bubble wrap and blankets, or pack everything for you. Mention it in your quote request.

That's fine, we just need to know in advance so we can send the right number of people and plan the time. Tell us the floor and whether there's a lift at each address.

Yes. Your goods are covered while they're with us. If you're moving anything of high value, mention it when you book and ask us for the details of our cover.

We wrap furniture in blankets, protect corners and fragile items, and take care with doorways, banisters and floors. Items are strapped in the van so nothing shifts on the way.

We won't carry anything illegal, dangerous or hazardous, such as gas bottles, fuel, chemicals or firearms. We also can't take live animals. If you're unsure about an item, just ask.

It's rare, but if it does happen, tell us as soon as you can, ideally with photos. We'll look into it properly and talk you through what happens next.

Yes. Your item stays in the same van with the same driver from collection to drop off. No depots and no swapping between vans.

Yes, it's one of our most popular jobs. Send us the collection and delivery addresses, a photo or listing link, and tell us about any stairs. We'll collect it and bring it in.

Yes. We're based in London and we deliver across the UK, from the Home Counties to Scotland. Long distance runs go door to door in the same van.

Possibly. European deliveries are available on request. Tell us what you're sending and where to, and we'll confirm whether we can help.
