Office removals, explained simply
Moving an office is mostly about planning. Who sits where in the new space? Which equipment needs to arrive first? What can't leave the building until the last minute? We'll go through it with you before the day, so nothing gets lost and nobody spends their first morning hunting for a monitor cable.
Most office moves happen outside working hours. We can start after you close on a Friday, or work through a Saturday, so the disruption is kept to a minimum. Small offices and shops can often be moved in a single evening.
We handle the heavy lifting: desks, chairs, filing cabinets, printers, shelving and stock. Computers and screens are wrapped and kept upright, and boxes are labelled to match a floor plan of your new space so each one goes straight to the right desk.

How pricing works
Office moves are priced once we understand the size and shape of the job. A planning call is free and helps us give you an accurate figure.
We'll set out the price in writing before you commit, so you can plan your budget with confidence.
- 01
Volume
The number of desks, cabinets, crates and pieces of equipment.
- 02
Timing
Evening and weekend work, and how tight the window is.
- 03
Building access
Goods lifts, loading bays, stairs and any booking rules in either building.
- 04
Crew size
More hands can mean a shorter move, which often matters more than the cost.
- 05
Distance and charges
Travel between sites, including any Congestion Charge or ULEZ costs.
A simple plan for a smooth move
A week or two before, we'll agree a floor plan of the new space with you and give each desk or room a number. Your team packs their own desk into a labelled crate and marks their chair and screen with the same number. On the night, everything is loaded in reverse order, so the things you need first come off the van first.
Before we leave the old office, we walk round with you to check nothing has been left behind. At the new office, desks and crates go straight to their numbered spots. When your team arrives the next working day, they find their own things at their own desk, ready to plug in.
Common questions
Anything else you'd like to know? Call or WhatsApp us and we'll give you a straight answer.
Can you move us over a weekend?
Yes. Weekend and evening moves are common for offices. Tell us your preferred window and we'll plan around it.
Do you disconnect and reconnect IT equipment?
We'll move it safely, but we don't set up networks or servers. Most businesses have their IT support disconnect before and reconnect after, and we work alongside them.
Our building has a goods lift booking system. Can you work with that?
Yes. Let us know the rules and booked times for both buildings and we'll plan the move to fit.
Can you take away furniture we don't need?
Yes, on request. We can take unwanted items to recycling or to a charity that will reuse them.
